Capital One on this page. I have found a software called 'Lord Of The Landing'. It's supposed to do most of what FSIPanel does, but it's free.
You can get version 1.8 if you scroll down here I've tried it with FSX and it works, but you have to install the correct version of SimConnect. I have also tried to make it work with FSX-SE, but for some reason it doesn't connect with FSX-SE. If anyone finds a solution, please let us know.
