In case you don’t know, I should mention that three of Loomis’s books are now back in print — Figure Drawing for All It’s Worth, Successful Drawing, and Drawing the Head and Hands — and they are all available for order from Amazon and other online retailers for under $30 each. If you don’t have the money to buy any of Loomis’s books, however, you might want to bring the new reprints to the attention of your campus library. Libraries often order books that have been recommended/requested by patrons.
